About the Role:

Junior Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on GAM360, DV360, or DOOH platforms.
• Monitor daily delivery and performance metrics across display, video, and DOOH campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and make optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, data, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Prepare campaign pacing reports and post-campaign analysis for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital campaign management or ad operations.
• Working knowledge of

  Google Ad Manager 360

  ,

  DV360

  , or

  DOOH platforms

  .
• Understanding of campaign KPIs such as impressions, CTR, viewability, CPM, CPC, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and media buying processes.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads or DV360 certifications (optional but a plus).
• Exposure to additional platforms such as The Trade Desk, Vistar, or Broadsign.
• Experience working with global teams or clients.
