Description
As a Senior Campaign Manager at Nothing, your mission is to drive the commercial success of the Nothing product line in India through fully integrated, insight-driven marketing campaigns. You will lead campaigns from pre-launch to lifecycle, ensuring relevance to local audiences, generating demand, and executing best-in-class strategies across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC): - Own campaigns end-to-end, including pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle phases. - Ensure all touchpoints (paid, owned, earned) are connected and consistent. - Drive alignment across functions such as PR, Social, Paid Media, Retail, and others to maintain coordinated workstreams and timelines. - Continuously enhance workflows and handovers across teams for maximum efficiency. - Define Local Product & Launch Strategy: - Adapt global product positioning and messaging for the Indian market. - Develop the India GTM plan, including timing, messaging, channel strategy, and execution roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Oversee Creative Briefing & Asset Delivery: - Write and manage creative briefs for various phases of campaigns. - Collaborate with in-house creatives and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within budget. - Optimize assets for different platforms and align them with campaign messaging. - Campaign Budget & Performance Management: - Own the full campaign budget, monitor spend and ROI. - Utilize data and insights to shape plans and make informed optimizations throughout the campaign cycle. - Regularly report performance, focusing on learnings and continuous improvement. - Channel Marketing: - Serve as the primary marketing lead for channel partners. - Align on campaign timelines, promotional windows, co-branded assets, and content rollout. - Ensure products are well-represented and maximized across all key partner platforms during crucial moments. Qualifications: - Proven experience in integrated marketing campaign management, preferably in tech, consumer electronics, or high-growth consumer brands. - Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and how to effectively orchestrate it across campaign phases. - Ownership mindset with the ability to drive business performance and work independently. - Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for creative execution. - Strong cross-functional leadership skills to provide clarity and direction to teams. - Experience in working with limited budgets and maximizing impact through efficiency and creativity. - Passion for developing bold, cohesive, and memorable brand experiences.
