We are hiring for the position ofSenior Business Manager (SBM) - Real Estate📍 Location: Sector 6, Noida🕴 Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 7 Years in Real Estate SalesWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Manager (SBM) to lead and drive business growth in our real estate vertical. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of real estate sales, client relationship management, and team handling with a proven track record in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets✅ Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth✅ Handle high-value real estate transactions and key client portfolios✅ Generate new business leads through networking, references, and market research✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors✅ Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors✅ Coordinate with marketing and operational teams for project promotion and execution✅ Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service✅ Prepare and present business reports to management

Requirements

:✔ Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Business Development✔ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets✔ In-depth understanding of the Noida and Delhi-NCR real estate market✔ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure✔ Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA preferred
