Your job is simple:

Grow Sparklin’s revenue by bringing in new brands, new accounts, and new long-term relationships.


You’ll work directly with the founders and partner teams across design, strategy, product, and marketing.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


1. New Client Acquisition

  • Bring in new design, strategy, product, and digital transformation projects.
  • Leverage your existing network to introduce Sparklin to decision-makers (CXOs, founders, CMOs, Heads of Product, Heads of Marketing).
  • Own the entire deal cycle: outreach → meetings → pitch → proposal → closing.


2. Account Build + Expand

  • Convert one-time projects into long-term retainers.
  • Spot opportunities inside existing accounts for upsells (branding, UI/UX, innovation, GTM, product launches, etc.).


3. Pipeline Ownership

  • Build and maintain a predictable monthly pipeline.
  • Run outbound + warm introductions.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.


4. Represent Sparklin Externally

  • Attend events, meetups, brand conferences, and founder/VC forums
  • Present Sparklin’s capabilities with clarity and authority
  • Act as a brand ambassador


Minimum Requirements

Non-negotiable

  • 5+ years in a BD/Partnerships role at a design, strategy, marketing, tech, or digital agency

  • Proven ability to bring clients from previous roles

  • Portfolio of closed deals above

  • Strong network across founders, leaders, and decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of brand, UI/UX, digital product, and marketing project cycles
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to pitch independently, create proposals, negotiate, and close


Bonus (but not required)

  • Experience working with global markets: US, UK, MENA, SEA
  • Experience in enterprise accounts
  • Experience with RFPs, pitches, and multi-agency competitive bids
  • Understanding of AI, product strategy, and system design
