Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ground-mounted solar segment across industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
B2B sales & B2C Sales and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in private and public sectors.
Identify customer requirements and present suitable product knowledge to convert potential leads into sales.
Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Energy Management or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar business development, preferably in ground-mounted and EPC projects.
Strong understanding of PPC strategies and financial modelling in solar projects.
In-depth knowledge of B2B solar sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
