Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, developing growth strategies, and leading client negotiations. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams to design customized proposals, monitor market trends, and ensure that the company's objectives align with client needs. This position also involves analyzing performance to maximize sales growth and revenue generation.

Qualifications

Expertise in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Negotiation
Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Stakeholder Communication, and Presentation Delivery
Experience in Sales Performance Analysis and Revenue Growth Strategies
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
