About Infonode Technologies

Infonode Technologies is a dynamic software development and IT consulting startup. We specialize in custom applications, enterprise architecture, and data analytics for clients in India and the Gulf. We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Kochi and are looking for a foundational team member to lead our growth.

About the Role

We are not looking for a generalist salesperson. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong technical background in IT services.

This is a key "founding" role for our new Kochi office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can "talk technology" with CTOs and IT managers. You will be responsible for building our Kochi presence from the ground up by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for our core technical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for our core IT services: 

    Custom Application Development, Enterprise Architecture Consulting, and Data Analytics

    .
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and key technical decision-makers.
  • Lead technical discovery meetings to deeply understand client needs and business challenges.
  • Design and present tailored IT solutions and proposals that align with client goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with our internal technical teams in Kannur to ensure smooth project hand-off and solution delivery.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on the sales pipeline.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Required Experience:

     4+ years of proven experience in a client-facing, business development, or technical sales role 

    specifically within the IT services industry.

  • Technical Background:

     You must have direct experience selling or working with one or more of the following:
  • Custom Software Development (Web/Mobile)
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • IT Consulting
  • Proven Track Record:

     Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets for tech solutions.
  • Education:

     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Language:

     Full professional fluency in English (required).
