Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on execution to meet revenue targets and support long-term organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of building partnerships that deliver measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring steady deal flow.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth plans with company strategy.

Partnership & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Lead negotiations, develop proposals, and close complex deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Provide leadership with insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across target industries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
  • Provide feedback from clients and prospects to support product development and innovation.
  • Lead internal communication around key partnerships and pipeline status.

Performance Management

  • Set and track KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for executive leadership.
  • Mentor junior business development staff and support talent development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
