Senior Business Development Manager (Enterprise SaaS)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts, targeting enterprise clients in the UK and US markets.
• Drive sales strategy and execute plans to grow enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in large organisations.
• Conduct product demos and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximise growth.
• Manage client expectations, providing ongoing support and communication as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue generation and pipeline development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of

  5 years

  experience in enterprise

  SaaS business development or sales

• Proven track record of working with

  enterprise clients, especially in the UK and US markets

• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within UK working hours.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace technologies, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
