Job Description: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives with a strong focus on consulting services sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in business development. This role also involves supporting collateral development and client outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets for consulting services
• Conduct cold reach-outs via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and maintain high-impact presentations, pitch decks, brochures and case studies that showcase firm capabilities and past successes.
• Manage the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting to proposal submission, follow-ups, and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Partners, etc.).
• Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen positioning and outreach strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline, client interactions, and outreach efforts in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, consulting service sales, or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to craft compelling proposals and pitch consulting value propositions effectively.
• Experience in international B2B sales preferred
• Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Exposure to international markets and understanding of global consulting trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
