Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include market research, sales calls, and meeting potential clients to present and secure new business. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Edtech Sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and sales forecasting
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Experience with client relationship management
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
