Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively generate new leads, identify new business opportunities, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Technical & Commercial Sales : Understand and effectively explain the technical specifications, features, and benefits of our products to potential clients. Prepare and present commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Travel: Be comfortable with frequent and flexible travel to different cities for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare And deliver presentation, products demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through after sales support and regular follow-ups

Qualifications Requirement :

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B. Tech), preferably in Fire and safety Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: A minimum of 20 years of experience in technical sales.

Age: 30 - 40 years

Skills :

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English and [local language, if applicable]. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of successfully convincing clients and closing deals.
  • Strong Personality & Professional Demeanor: Confident, well-groomed, and able to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical products and solutions.
  • Commercial Knowledge: Familiarity with sales contracts, pricing strategies, and payment terms.
  • Self-Motivated & Flexible: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with a flexible schedule and extensive travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
