Understand manpower Requirement, Preparing Job Description & get it approved, Source suitable candidates through various channels, conduct telephonic/personal interview, Arrange & coordinate for technical interview. To Plan & carryout Welfare activities. Maintain Employees records, Keep tracking of Employees attendance. To do Joining & exit formalities. Issue releasing letter & Experience letter. General Administration: Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing facilities support & effectively handle housekeeping/pantry services, tea/coffee/water/internet services, Hotel/train/flight bookings & other Admin activity at office. Prepare Salary Sheet in Each month & co ordinate for PF/ESI with consultant. Salary: No bar for right candidate. Candidate having Bachelors in HRM + 1 or 2 Year HRM will be an advantage. Freshers also can Apply. Candidate must have to handle travel planning and ticket booking.
