Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization. Support in Financial Modeling. Responsible for the collection of fees from students. Overseeing accounts receivable, which involves tracking and collecting payments. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports using Excel. Preparing documentation and financial records for internal and external audits. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies. Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or financial mismanagement. Provide support for the annual budgeting process. Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects. Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly data on payments and receivables. Should be keen in Bookkeeping and preparation of documents, vouchers etc. Maintenance of various accounting registers for Purchases and Sales. Maintenance of various accounting registers for Expense and Income. Handling other ad-hoc tasks or projects as requested by management.
