1. Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee end-to-end project coordination for solar EPC projects, ensuring seamless execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies . Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to optimize project timelines and efficiency. 2. Project Execution & Monitoring: Track project progress and ensure adherence to milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Identify potential risks, delays, and issues in project execution and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure that material procurement and site readiness align with the project timeline. 3. Client Coordination: Act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, progress, and challenges. Facilitate site visits, inspections, and approvals as required. 4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements for solar EPC projects are met. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work schedules, risk assessments, and reports . Prepare progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 5. Team Support & Development: Work closely with field engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project planning. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in project management and coordination.
