Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in field sales or related roles within the financial services industry (NBFC).
  • Strong understanding of commercials vehicles loans, construction equipment finance, lending processes, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.
