Finance Executive

The Opportunity:

You’ll work directly with the Finance Head and handle key financial operations including reconciliations, vendor payments, compliance checks, and accurate record management. This role sits at the core of Playo’s growth engine, requiring precision, ownership, and the ability to move quickly. Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain daily accounting and transactional bookkeeping.
• Process vendor invoices, expense claims, payment requests, and vendor onboarding documentation.
• Manage vendor compliance: PAN verification, GSTIN validation, and record maintenance.
• Prepare payout reports, Excel files, and vendor payment schedules with zero error tolerance.
• Extract, verify, and organize financial data, ledgers, and invoices from Zoho Books and internal trackers.
• Respond to internal and external queries related to payments, ledgers, and financial records.
• Maintain accurate member and insurance records.
• Conduct regular reconciliations across bank accounts, general ledgers, and financial statements; identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting or financial operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and tax frameworks.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel (advanced), Tally, and financial tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
