Position Overview:

• Identify, engage, and onboard new

  contractual clients

  across diverse industries.
• Leverage existing

  client relationships and network

  to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy balance of contractual and limited permanent staffing clients.
  
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their workforce needs and delivering customized staffing solutions.
  
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing and delivery.
  
• Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business growth opportunities.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years)

  in

  Business Development

  within

  Staffing / Contractual hiring / Talent acquisition services

  .
• Must have

  In-hand clients

  or an active

  network of contractual clients

  ready to onboard.
• Strong understanding of

  contractual staffing models

  (IT / Non-IT).
• Excellent

  client relationship management

  , communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

  and achieve set business goals.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.
