Key Responsibilities: Lead business development initiatives for licensing, compliance, and environmental registrations including Pollution NOC, EPR Authorization, and Regulatory Approvals . Generate high-quality leads through strategic outreach and inbound lead conversion. Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide consultative sales support. Guide junior executives and interns, and contribute to the development of internal BD strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and government policy changes relevant to our service portfolio. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in business development or consultative sales , preferably in compliance, licensing, or professional services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi . Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build trust.
