Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation (B2B Focus):

  • Identify, research, and approach decision-makers in target industries across domestic and international markets.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, and networking to create a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
  1. Proposal Preparation:

  • Draft compelling proposals for services including

    website and mobile app development, DevOps cost optimization, and staff augmentation

    .
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate, solution-driven, and competitive proposals.
  1. Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Clearly explain technical offerings to non-technical stakeholders in a business-focused manner.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  1. Follow-ups & Deal Closure:

  • Proactively follow up on leads and proposals to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  1. Work from Office:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technical delivery teams to align business and delivery goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in hardcore B2B IT sales

    with a strong track record in

    closing deals for website development, mobile applications, DevOps services, or staff augmentation

    .
  • Strong understanding of IT service sales cycles and technical solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving business goals.
