Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our TVD team and lead our B2B outreach efforts. This role involves active fieldwork, including visits to colleges, educational institutes, and other consultancies, aiming to build strong partnerships, generate leads, and expand our brand presence. Key Responsibilities B2B Outreach: Initiate and develop relationships with colleges, educational institutes, and consultancies to establish new partnerships. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Acquisition: Present and promote our services to prospective clients, aiming to convert leads into formal collaborations. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and expand our partner network. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular updates to the Director, TVD. What we are looking for: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or consultancy sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the city and surrounding areas.
