Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Senior Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams to meet business targets and contributing to the company’s growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation in Diesel Generator/Heavy Equipment rental industry
• Strong skills in Account Management with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Business planning, strategic thinking, and market analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines
• Relevant degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
