Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training. The role involves managing sales operations and working collaboratively within the team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing Training to sales teams
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the power solutions industry is a plus
