Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Morbi with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will engage in daily tasks such as managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, generating leads, providing training to customers or internal teams, and driving marketing initiatives. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities and improving customer satisfaction to strengthen the company’s position in the renewable energy industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience, including Sales Management and lead generation
• Experience in Training, whether for customers, partners, or internal teams
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the renewable energy industry is a strong asset
