Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Bhiwadi location. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, training sales staff, managing sales pipelines, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to promote our services and products. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training sales staff and developing sales strategies Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Previous experience in the calibration industry is a plus
