Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position is based in Morbi, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and training team members. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and supporting sales management activities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide Training and mentoring to team members Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
