Job Description As an Education Counsellor, you will play a critical role in guiding students and their families through the process of selecting suitable educational pathways abroad. You will provide accurate information about universities, courses, visa processes, and career prospects to help students make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Student Assessment: Evaluate students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend appropriate educational options. Counselling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to provide personalized guidance. Information Dissemination: Provide up-to-date information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes. Application Assistance: Assist students in the application process, including documentation and submission procedures. Career Guidance: Offer advice on career prospects related to chosen educational pathways. Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct informational sessions about study abroad opportunities. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other relevant organization s. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree and above in the field of education, academic counselling, psychology, or a related field. Prior experience in educational counselling and/or guidance. Strong understanding of educational systems, and admission processes abroad. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
