About the Role:

KC GlobEd is looking for a motivated and dynamic Educational Counselor to guide prospective students for our premium certification programs US CPA, US CMA, and EA. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and other channels.
Understand learners goals and recommend suitable certification courses.
Explain course features, benefits, structure, and career outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with leads and enrolled students.
Stay updated on US CPA, US CMA, and EA program details and industry trends.
Manage and update student interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams for sales collateral and support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferred: Psychology, English Hons.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in counseling or EdTech sales is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CPA/CMA/EA programs is a plus.
