Role Overview
We are seeking an Education Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective learners, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and recommending suitable programs offered through PostEdu. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to understand their goals.
• Provide accurate information about courses, university tie-ups, admissions processes, and career outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth counselling-to-enrolment journey for each student.
• Represent PostEdu professionally in events, webinars, and outreach activities as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in counselling or education will be preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or EdTech roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand student needs and provide structured guidance.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
