Student Mentor & Academic Support (Internship/Entry-Level – Teaching Focus)

Location: Bengaluru, India (In-Person + Virtual Support)

Work Schedule: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Weekend availability required)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic BTech students or recent graduates in Computer Science/IT who have a passion for teaching and guiding students. This role involves supporting academic delivery as well as assisting students and parents throughout admissions and onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in teaching, counselling, and student support within the education and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Support:

• Conduct in-person classes at the Bengaluru office and virtual sessions as needed.
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with Edupodz curriculum.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, doubt-clearing, workshops, and assessments.
• Track student attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.
• Provide feedback and guide students on assignments, projects, and exams.

Counselling & Admissions:

• Respond to student and parent inquiries about courses and admissions.
• Guide students in choosing suitable programs.
• Support enrolment procedures, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain communication with prospective students during the admissions process.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student transitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BTech/Computer Science/IT-related degree.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide students professionally and empathetically.
• Willingness to learn Edupodz tools and systems.
• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: Morning, Afternoon and Evening
• Weekends: Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
