Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities through 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms

    .
  • Conduct 

    product and service demos

     tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead 

    client meetings (virtual and in-person)

    , build strong relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, 

    apply for tenders

    , and participate in RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Develop and maintain a robust 

    sales pipeline

     to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design customised solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and recommend 

    business growth strategies

    .
  • Drive brand visibility through active networking and professional platforms.


Requirements

  • Minimum 

    2+ years of proven experience

     in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Technology services).
  • Strong background in 

    B2B lead generation

     via LinkedIn Navigator, freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), and tender participation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently handle client meetings and demos.
  • Strong analytical and proposal writing skills.
  • Understanding of IT solutions such as cloud, data engineering, AI, and digital consulting (preferred).
