Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering technical solutions that align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for business growth.
  • Develop and present sales proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for business insights.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.

Technical Skills Required:

  • CRM Software: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • MS Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • IT Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with Cloud Solutions, SaaS, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
  • Lead Generation Tools: Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Communication Tools: Knowledge of email marketing software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to evolving market trends and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 – 6 years in IT Sales & Marketing.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or IT Sales is a plus.
