Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description

As a Senior BDE, you will be responsible for supporting the internal team, managing communication processes, and assisting with basic financial tasks related to sales. You will also act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication across globally. Key Responsibilities : ~Coordinate and support the internal team in day-to-day operations. ~Prepare proposals, and reports. ~Handle communication with clients, ensuring clear and effective messaging via email. ~Assist with basic finance-related tasks such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and preparing sales-related financial reports. ~Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy in records. . ~Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align communication strategies. ~Provide regular updates to the internal team. ~Organize and coordinate meeting with clients as needed. ~Respond to client inquiries and assist with any financial clarifications regarding invoices etc. Requirements : ~ graduate or postgraduate (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Finance or related). ~2-3 years of experience preferable in B2B service industry. ~Basic understanding of finance (e.g., invoicing, payment tracking, financial reporting). ~Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). ~Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. ~Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. ~Proactive, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. ~Experience with international clients.
