Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying potential clients for new business development, generating and nurturing leads, maintaining and managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The executive will work closely with the leadership team to contribute to business growth strategies, assist in achieving revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Proficient in Business development and growth strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in document solutions, managed print services, or a relevant industry is advantageous
