  • Role Overview
  • As a Senior Associate – Business Development, you will play a key role in driving EMB Global’s tech and IT sales growth. You will generate new leads, nurture existing client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful long-term partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about sales, technology, and business growth in a dynamic digital services ecosystem.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (including software, cloud, and emerging tech) in the domestic and international markets.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, social outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for tech and digital solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and technology solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research on technology trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements in tech/IT segments.
  • Collaborate closely with solution consultants, delivery, and product teams to scope and present relevant solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and provide regular sales reports.
  • Support contract negotiations, RFP/RFI responses, and documentation as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in business development, tech sales, or IT sales (B2B preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing sales in the IT/software/services domain.
  • Sound understanding of software products, digital platforms, cloud, or related technology solutions.
