What You Can Expect from Us: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a proven track record in selling IT services to mid-size and enterprise-level clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development and revenue growth across targeted industry verticals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations. Understand client requirements and position tailored IT service offerings (e.g., cloud, application development, DevOps, QA, etc.). Own the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, pricing negotiation, to contract closure. Collaborate closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth client onboarding. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and activity reports to senior leadership. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, specifically in the IT services industry. Proven success in acquiring new clients and exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of IT service offerings and ability to articulate value propositions to C-level executives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Experience: Existing network or client base in [e.g., BFSI, Telecom, Media and AIML, etc.]. Exposure to global delivery models and working with offshore/nearshore teams. Prior experience with large RFP/RFI processes.
