1. Product Knowledge
Deep understanding of Cash Management products: Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts, etc.
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX formats)
Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and migration strategies
2. Systems & Platforms
Experience with Core Banking Systems (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, T24)
Exposure to Payment Gateways, Host-to-Host integrations, and API platforms
Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) for corporate banking clients
3. Data & Analytics
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and dashboards
Ability to perform data mapping, data validation, and data migration
4. Process & Documentation
Skilled in creating BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories
Familiarity with BPMN tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) for process modeling
Experience in UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking
5. Agile & DevOps
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
Use of tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams
6. Security & Compliance
Understanding of KYC/AML requirements in transaction banking
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, local compliance)
Knowledge of audit trails, access controls, and transaction monitoring
