Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate requirement elicitation and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional, and data element requirements.

• Design wireframes and prototypes for technically and functionally feasible solutions based on product standards.  

• Coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.  

• Create detailed user stories and business cases to ensure clear solution comprehension.

• Provide expert consulting on best practices, project scheduling, and resource availability for timely and successful solution deliveries. 

• Manage project timelines, define statements of work, and handle change control processes, including analyzing and managing change requests.

• Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, providing workarounds and functional guidance for effective implementations.

• Gather and document business, process, and integration requirements.

• Conduct research and analysis to enhance the product's capabilities.

• Lead product sprint planning, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Perform quality analysis and functional analysis of product features. 

• Provide functional training for internal teams and end-users. 

Education & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software products or services (ERP).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical and functional expertise, with a background in ERP software analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, with excellent cross-team/group collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and functional solutions that are aligned with product standards.   
• Experience in creating detailed user stories, business cases, and requirements documentation.
•  Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
