As an experienced Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing complex datasets to inform business strategies, optimize product performance, and support decision-making. Your role will involve deeply understanding customer behaviour and translating insights into actionable recommendations that enhance product and marketing efforts. Collaborating with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams will be crucial to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of business strategies. You will also play a key role in identifying business opportunities, forecasting challenges, and providing data-backed recommendations to senior management. Defining, monitoring, and optimizing key performance metrics across customer acquisition, retention, and overall product performance will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand competitor strategies, and anticipate customer needs will be essential. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights. A deep understanding of user behaviour, customer journeys, and the importance of customer-focused design is necessary. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power Bi, Excel, and Tableau, along with experience in Agile methodologies, will be beneficial. You should be able to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. As a self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can work independently, you should be comfortable navigating and excelling in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment. Your 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and related fields will be valuable in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
