We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our SAFe Agile Scrum team, contributing to delivering high-quality product solutions in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Attend workshops, planning sessions, and business requirements meetings with analytical teams
• Collaborate with UX teams to build product feature mock-ups
• Work with data engineering and information architects to document data requirements and plan epics, features, and user stories for the scrum team
• Plan release activities, articulate end-to-end requirements, and support development and testing phases
• Participate in scoping proposed improvements and translate requirements into actionable developer specifications
• Mitigate scope-related risks independently
• Provide user support for data transformation, testing, and end-to-end user needs
• Support the team in estimation processes by clearly explaining scope
• Articulate acceptance criteria clearly
• Showcase business value of features to stakeholders during sprint reviews
• Identify opportunities to enhance product experience with business owners, product leads, product managers, and scrum team
• Promote a SAFe Agile team culture

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis within financial services
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation, such as BRD and FRD
• Proven experience working in SAFe Agile Scrum teams as a business analyst or product owner
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions
• Strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills including active listening and consensus building
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams globally
• Proficiency in English language: B2+ Upper-intermediate

Nice to have

• Background in data analytics including Big Data, Databricks, and Data Lake technologies
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques
• Familiarity with DevOps culture
• Understanding of related technologies such as databases, reporting tools, Angular/React UI, and Java
