Job Overview:


As a Business Analyst at IQVIA, you will be key medium between the Product Owner and Dev QA teams who are all geared towards growth and development of a (or multiple) offerings within IQVIA's Orchestrated Analytics platform. With your innovative analyst mindset and client needs in mind, you will work closely with many cross functional teams across multiple geographies and communicate and articulate product requirements very clearly. We expect you to be a critical thinker, analyze problems, ideate, have strong documentation skills, effective listener, presenter and communicator.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Product Owner communicate requirements to Dev / QA teams to detailed requirements
  • Translates product roadmap features into product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
  • Assists in supporting the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Analyzes data for insights and collaborates with partner teams.
  • Acts as product expert for users and provide solutions to use cases.
  • Participate in acceptance testing
  • Monitors and evaluates product progress and recommend improvements.
  • Supports in mitigating impediments to ensures successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Utilizes domain knowledge to be able to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.
  • Serves as customer proxy for development teams.
  • Tracks commitments and customer expectations.


Skills & Abilities:


  • Experience in business intelligence and data visualization
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and teams across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
