Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Applogiq in Tiruppur, India, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by leading requirement analysis, managing client communication, and overseeing task allocation within your team. Your role will involve driving project success through effective project and scrum management, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to final project delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading requirement gathering sessions, documenting clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), conducting gap analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to design feasible solutions. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead client meetings, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction. Task allocation and team coordination will be crucial aspects of your role, where you will allocate tasks to team members, monitor progress, provide guidance and support, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Moreover, you will manage the project lifecycle, lead scrum ceremonies, track project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals and requirements. In addition to project delivery and stakeholder management, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process optimization, staying updated on the latest trends in business analysis and project management, and integrating them into the team's processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
