Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Cyberpark, Calicut (On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Industry: ERP Solutions, Software Development, Digital Services Facebook

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Conduct gap analyses and identify areas for process improvement.
Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories to support project requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and QA.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution delivery aligns with business expectations.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Indeed

Required Skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
