Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Presales:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the requirements of potential customers
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for Zoho solutions
  • Liaise with the product team to create live Demos as per prospects' business requirements
  • Conduct a Successful demo of the proposed solution.
  • Identify potential risks associated with Zoho implementations and develop mitigation strategies.

Post Sales:

  • Conduct detailed requirements-gathering sessions with the client and identify opportunities for

automation, process optimization, and efficiency gains using Zoho applications.

  • Proactively address issues that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on timelines

and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with clients to create a roadmap for the phased implementation of Zoho applications.
  • Analyze and document the business processes, workflows, and all other requirements to identify

areas for improvement.

  • Create a detailed Functional Solution Document (FSD) and take sign-off from internal stakeholders

as well as the client.

  • Configure, customize and optimize Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho

People, Zoho Projects, etc.

  • Work closely with development teams to design and develop customizations and integrations within

the Zoho ecosystem.

  • Conduct system testing, including creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity and quality of data within Zoho applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications, ensuring effective adoption and

utilization.

  • Stay updated with the latest Zoho features, functionalities, and best practices to drive continuous

improvement and innovation.

  • Assist in the implementation of new Zoho applications and upgrades, including data migration and

system configurations.

Others:

  • Work with the sales team to standardize service offerings
  • Analyze internal processes to identify optimization opportunities
  • Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and thirdparty

vendors.

  • Regularly collect feedback from clients to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Analytical Problem-Solving & critical thinking capabilities
  • Interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Oral and written communication proficiency
  • Must have SAAS Knowledge (Preferred Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM Administrator Certification) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Zoho Analytics or other BI tools.
