About The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with deep NetSuite ERP expertise (Salesforce experience is a plus) to join our delivery team. This role is ideal for a candidate who can bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, drive requirements into robust configurations and integrations, and lead successful ERP rollouts across finance, order-to-cash, and procurement domains.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirements discovery and process mapping for NetSuite ERP implementations across finance, inventory, and order management.
  • Design and validate functional specifications for SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integration touchpoints; collaborate with developers to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Manage configuration, data migration planning, and system testing (UAT), ensuring business acceptance and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder workshops to prioritise scope, define acceptance criteria, and capture user stories.
  • Own integration design and vendor orchestration (Celigo/REST API-based integrations) to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement: document process flows, build re-usable templates, and mentor junior BAs on implementation best practices.
