About the Role


We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager


intersection of brand + growth + consumer psychology


leadership role




Key Responsibilities



1. Brand Strategy & Positioning


  • Own overall

    brand narrative, positioning, and tone of voice

  • Build and maintain clear differentiation

    in competitive D2C categories
  • Translate founder vision into

    consumer-facing communication

  • Ensure brand alignment across website, ads, packaging, social, marketplaces




2. Content, Storytelling & Messaging


  • Lead

    content strategy

    across:

  • Website
  • Performance ads
  • Influencer scripts
  • UGC & founder-led videos
  • Develop

    key message frameworks

    for each product / category
  • Ensure compliance-friendly messaging (especially for health/wellness brands)
  • Review and approve all major brand communication before publishing




3. Performance & Growth Collaboration


  • Work closely with

    performance marketing teams

    (Google, Meta)
  • Align creatives, hooks, and landing pages with

    conversion insights

  • Optimize messaging based on data, feedback, and funnel performance

  • Bridge the gap between branding and ROAS




4. Product, Packaging & Launch Ownership


  • Lead

    new product launches

    :

  • Naming
  • Positioning
  • Launch narrative
  • Go-to-market plan
  • Own

    packaging communication

    :

  • Front-of-pack messaging
  • Claims framing
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Ensure regulatory-safe, trust-building packaging language




5. Influencer, Community & Trust Building


  • Guide influencer briefs and brand-safe scripting
  • Build long-term brand credibility through:

  • Doctors / experts
  • Founders
  • Real customer stories
  • Own community-level storytelling (WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube)




6. Team Leadership & Ownership


  • Lead and mentor:

  • Content writers
  • Designers
  • Social media managers
  • Coordinate with:

  • SEO & performance teams
  • Product & operations
  • Set

    clear brand KPIs and quality benchmarks




What We’re Looking For



Must-Have


  • 5–8+ years experience in

    Brand / Marketing / Growth roles

  • Experience in D2C, FMCG, Ayurveda, wellness, beauty, or healthcare

  • Strong understanding of digital-first brand building

  • Ability to balance storytelling + performance

  • Excellent command over consumer psychology & copy

  • Experience working closely with founders




Good to Have


  • Experience in

    policy-sensitive categories

    (health, wellness, skincare)
  • Exposure to

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, marketplaces

  • Prior experience managing multiple SKUs

  • Influencer marketing & UGC strategy experience
