Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the client services team, ensuring seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives across various verticals.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within our client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities, while proactively addressing client needs and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and strategy, to ensure effective communication and alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure adherence to agency processes, policies, and quality standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric service excellence.
• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing thought leadership and building brand recognition.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Journalism, Advertising, or similar); advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 2-4 years of progressive experience in client services or account management roles within the advertising/marketing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and deliver effective solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
