Branch Management : Senior Branch Managers are responsible for the overall management and operations of one or more branches. This includes setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring efficient branch operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Recruitment and Training : They are often tasked with recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new insurance agents or advisors.
