Senior Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage our NBFC branch operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of proven experience in handling sales, operations, and team management in the financial sector, particularly in retail loans, SME loans, or gold loans. This role demands leadership, business acumen, and customer service excellence to ensure branch profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets for the branch.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations team to meet performance goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and local market penetration strategies.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure effective credit appraisal, risk management, and control of NPAs.
• Coordinate with credit, collection, and operations teams for timely loan disbursals and recoveries.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and internal audit guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, DSAs, and business channels.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of NBFC products such as Gold Loans, insurance
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in credit evaluation, operations, and compliance management.
• Customer-focused approach with an ability to solve issues proactively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and financial software tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• MBA or PG Diploma in Finance/Marketing preferred.

Pay: ₹17,649.44 - ₹46,007.12 per month
