Senior Branch Manager

As the Manager of the Chandigarh branch of our leading study abroad consultancy, your role will involve overseeing daily operations, mentoring a team of counselors and support staff, managing client relationships, providing counseling to students and families, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and coordinating between departments for smooth office operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, reporting on progress, and representing the company in various events and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the Chandigarh office - Manage and mentor a team of counselors and support staff - Handle client relationship management and ensure high satisfaction levels - Provide counseling to students and families regarding study abroad options, visa procedures, and academic planning - Maintain compliance with immigration laws and documentation standards - Ensure seamless coordination between departments for smooth office operations - Monitor performance, report on progress, and implement strategic improvements - Represent the company in student fairs, partner meetings, and training sessions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy or study abroad services - Strong understanding of international education systems, visa processes, and student counseling - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities - Organized, result-driven, and client-focused approach - Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in any relevant field In addition to a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, you will have growth opportunities within our fast-growing organization and benefit from a supportive work environment with training and development.
